Account Information: Nivi collects, and associates with your account, the information you provide to Nivi when you do things such as sign up for your account or log into your account (like your telephone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and public information on third-party platforms, such as your avatar and nickname on Facebook, and Google, etc.).
Device Information: Nivi also collects information from and about the devices you use to access the Services to ensure the normal operation of application and Services, which may include without limitation language settings, IP address, gps_adid, android_id, time zone, browser type, device model, operating system version, internet service provider, mobile carrier, device configuration, device identification, device network information, device environment, and other identifiers associated with your devices.
User-Generated Content:Nivi also collects information from and about you when you choose to upload or broadcast your generated content on our Platform, which include without limitation comments, images, photographs, videos, audio, etc.
Information,including text, images, and videos, found in your device’s clipboard, with your permission. For example, if you choose to initiate information sharing with a third-party platform, or choose to paste content from the clipboard onto the Platform, we access this information stored in your clipboard in order to fulfill your request.
Financial Information: You may choose to pay Nivi for specific services, in such case, Nivi may collect your payment information, which includes billing address and payment method information, such as credit, debit, or other payment card information, etc.
Usage Information:To ensure user account security, prevent transaction risks, and perform identity authentication, Nivi may collect information related to how you use the Services, such information includes the frequency and overall usage of the Services, log information, chat information with others crash data, performance data, and application sources.
Messages, which include information you provide when you compose, send, or receive messages through Nivi’s messaging functionalities. They include messages you send through our chat functionality when communicating with other users. That information includes the content of the message and information about the message, such as when it was sent, received, or read, and message participants. Please be aware that messages you choose to send to other users of the Platform will be accessible by those users and that we are not responsible for the manner in which those users use or share the messages.
Album Information: You may choose to allow us to access your albums to facilitate your use of the album images to publish to our Platform, chat with friends, change your avatar, etc.
Location Information:To perform security services and location-based services, such as recommending the content of your country, Nivi may collect your geographical location.
Government ID Information: In certain circumstances, Nivi may ask for a government-issued ID for fraud prevention, or as required by law.
Facial Information: If you choose to use our Profile Picture Authenticity Authentication, we will collect a static image from your profile picture exclusively for verification purposes. This process helps prevent impersonation and fraudulent accounts, thereby enhancing the security and authenticity of Nivi Services.We do not use your image data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond authentication, nor do we sell, share, or disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.Your image data will be retained only for the reasonable and necessary period required to complete authentication, after which it will be permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
Cookies. We and our service providers and business partners use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze how you use the Platform, including which pages you view most often and how you interact with content, enhance your experience using the Platform, improve the Platform, provide you with advertising, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and other content.
